I have done a transaction through net banking of ICICI bank on 17/5/2021 to Jeetorummy app but the amount is debited from my account and this amount is not credited to game account for that i am continually following up with customer care on the app but they are not doing anything's on this matter.

Therefore requested you to please cheek and return my money as soon as possible.
