I ordered Ajanta wall clock on 29.06.2021 thro Jantacart online and the full prize RS.1900 was paid with my credit card. Till now there is no update on delivery status. They very rarely reply for mails saying that they would enquire with the supplier.
The contact WhatsApp No. is either not picked by them or they pick and talk in between themselves and not to me. I have requested them yo refund the amount if they are not able to supply. That also not replied.
Request early resolve to my issue by either delivery of the item or refund of the full amount or give a definite early date for delivery.
