Worst website ever. They mention delivery on 8th December, 2022, however their courier is showing product reached destination hub on 12th December, 2022. Now it is yet to be delivered. Their delivery partner Shiprocket and Xpressbees are non- responsive and Homafy customer care expresses their Sop's and helplessness to me. i ordered and got nothing yet.
When you call customer care you will get the worst service ever. They have postponed the date of delivery and behave very inappropriate. Will cut the phone or not answer properly on the matte how many times you call and ask. They abruptly cut the calls. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THAT WEBSITE.
