I ordered a dress of rupees 649 from this Instagram account label.warehouse having email id [PROTECTED]@gmail.com on which was delivered on 14th May the dress given to me was not what i have ordered it was a completely different product that too of cheap quality.

Which looked second hand i asked for refund as i don't trust them now they replied to give the refund in 2 days but now it is 5 days and the page is not responding to the messages the comments section of the page.

If disabled i have also attached the images in which you can completely see we ordered a top and shorts and they gave me a sweater which looks like a rag and is very dirty and of cheap quality.

I can see that someone has worn it several times before packing and sending to me the account holder said that there is a delivery mistake and the parcel has been exchanged but i think it is done on purpose to fraud me.
