The Instagram account “Srishti Coture Studio.” Took payment from me in google pay for 4890 rupees for a dress. Payment was made on March 19. Till today they are seeing my messages but not replying in WhatsApp/Instagram.
Not sure how many people they Cheated and took money from. Requesting investigation to get my money back. The phone number in google pay is +[Protected]. Kindly assist me on how to reach the person and get a refund.
I have attached screenshot of the fake account from Instagram, the payment screenshot from google pay and screenshots of WhatsApp and Instagram messages. I tried reaching via Instagram messages and WhatsApp but no response.
They keep posting new stuffs to sell online . Kind act fast to prevent such frauds. Thank you.
