InfinityDeal.in: Product Ordered but no response

I have ordered 3 pairs of sandals from Infinitydeal.in dated 5th May 2022, i have provided the details of paid amount. But there seems to have no response. Kindly. Tried mailing the details to get clear idea but revert mail. No other way to contact them.

Worst experience with the site first off all I ordered 2 crocs from the website made full payment and I didn’t get any tracking or confirmation msg and then I have been waiting for 15 days no responses to the mails or any thing … I need a product delivery or refund of the amount
