I send @1580 to a PNB account holder through amazon scan pay from my IndusInd Bank, which is my Amazon UPI default account on 02/08/2021. Transactions was successful but beneficiary didn't received or the money can't credit in beneficiary account.
So I inform IndusInd Bank customer service many time. Per time they replied" your problem is resolved". But the money neither credit nor refunded. So both of we complain to the IndusInd Bank specific mail id with attached all proof but after one month no feed back.
So I pay cash to the beneficiary in hand, same amount. After it I last time mail to this bank's specific mail id. after two day they replied 'your problem has been resolved '. So we check our bank transaction but neither refund nor credit.
So I want to complain consumer forum for resolved my problem and equality of my harassment.
