IndusInd Bank: Credit Card Dispute

I have done the transaction from indusind credit card to go ibibo and the transaction was also success without any error attempt but the amount was deducted 2time, same I have call to the customer care center of indusind bank credit card at that time they said that due to technical problem it has happen.

And same will be credited in 3-4 working days but till time amount was not received and today again I have call to the customer care and now they have have said you have to fill up the form and do the process.

It was their system problem due to which I am suffering. And during first call only they have not registered complain also. I have call today also in which I have registered the complain but I have not received the complain number.

I have send the mail of credit card dispute as per them requirements. Kindly please resolve the complain on priority basis as my amount has been block due to them technical problem.

How is it possible that I have enter the otp 1time only and amount is deducted twice and till time amount is not received then where is the amount. It almost 8days up and no amount has been reflect in my credit card bill.
