I booked a cab from my PG in.phase 11 Mohali to sector 43 bus stand Chandigarh. It was raining heavily on that day. There were not many cab options on Indrive, therefore I booked a cab as per driver's request at 127 (95 was the average price for the ride). For unknown reason, the location Indrive picked was not accurate and I had to send my location via WhatsApp to him. He behaved as if it was me who had deliberately put wrong location. On reaching near the bus stand.

He literally LIED to me that there is police standing ahead and he cannot drop me to exact location. The road was full of water and it was impossible to go by foot! After not budging to drop me at the exact location, he asked me for extra money (150 instead of 127) because apparently I put the wrong location and he had to find my house for 2 extra mins.

1) I got late in the entire process.
2) IT was inconvenient to be not dropped at exact location. Why did I book a car for if I have to travel through waterlogged area by foot? Will WagonR drown in water?
3) I had to pay extra bucks for no fault of mine.
4) The car smelled bad and the fact he lied to me made my experience all the more worse.
