I am Bhupal Singh Boura, resident of plot no. 55 pkt -5, Sector-21 Rohini New Delhi. I applied for IGL domestic PNG connection on 22 Dec 2021 completing all paper works required for the connection.
BP No. for the same has been issued by company with BP No. [Protected]. However, till date the connection has not been completed. Only pipes were laid out and meter installed.
On checking from IGL Customer care several times on customer care no. [Protected], the executives are proving false information and not raising any issue. Also the area control office of IGL Rohini around my residence is not furnishing any correct details or giving valuable conclusions.
On asking they were just giving mobile numbers of ground technical staff which are non responsive. I have been following up the complaint on IGL app since last 45 days.
I am a defense personnel and presently posted to Rajasthan, it's not feasible for me to go to area control office physically and check the status of my connection. My old aged parents are residing at my above mentioned address and facing difficulties now and then for cooking gas as it is a basic and a vital necessity for living.
So, I humbly request you to raise the issue on correct portal with IGL to complete the connection asap as it's been more than 3 months since I have applied for the same. Hoping for the positive response and favorable action from your side. Thank you.
