I PURCHASED THREE TICKETS TO TRAVEL TO KOLKATA FROM SILCHAR ON 16.10.2022 IN INDIGO FLIGHT OF 01:45 PM.I REACHED AT THE COUTER AT AROUND 12:30 PM TO 12:40 PM AND THE COUTER STAFF AND THE GROUND STAFF AROUND SIMPLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE US BOARDING PASS AS WEB CHECK IN IS NOT DONE.YOU CAN GO THROUGH CCTV FOOTAGE.

THERE WAS NO FLIGHT NEXT ON THE DAY AND I HAVE TO RETURN BACK TO MY HOME LOOSING ALL MY FARELY POINT IS VERY SIMPLE 1. IF WEB CHECK IN MANDATORY, WHY DON'T YOUMAKE IT MANDATORY DURING PURCHASE OF TICKET .2. THE WAY YOU PEOPLE STARTED LOOTING PEOPLE, YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED IN PUBLIC INCLUDING YOUR MD.3. IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY, DO SOMETHING ELSE, BUT DON'T HARASS PEOPLE,OTHERWISE THE DAY IS NOT FAR AWAY THAT YOUR COMPANY WILL BE LIKE HMT,KODAK ETC.
