My name Mohamed Fizal Raja. Today ( 3.09.2021)I am having flight traveling from chennai to Kolkatta through INDIGO AIRLINES at 2.55PM ( Flight number : 6E 183). I have reached the airport on 1.45 pm and went to the person checkin counter with my tool bag and hand baggage.

The person in the counter checking told that tool bag is not allowed you have to give in check in counter. So I went there and they told time has been over can’t take your tool bag and please have talk on reservations/ ticketing counter.

There I have spoked to the person they said you have to leave the tool bag here or else you have rescheduled the flight and I have argued sometimes atlast I decided to leave tool bag here itself, one staff from the indigo airlines told that he will give my tool bag to my brother.

So then I went to personal check in and finished my checking formalities around 2.38 pm and reached the boarding counter and saw in the led display it has mention has last call I went inside the counter and saw one lady indigo staff standing near Gate No. 6 around 2.40 PM and not allow me to enter into the flight.

Then I have asked why you are not allowing me inside she said I had message from our services that they told me to not allow you inside the flight due to these are the activities you have done for the tool bag so I won’t allow you inside the flight due to boarding time has been over.

But in the led board around 2.40 pm it has mentioned last call. But due to staff politics I have missed my flight. They intentionally made me to reschedule the flight and make me to pay Rs. 3310 for another flight in the same day at 7.15 pm.

I fed up totally what they have done to me for getting extra money for their indigo airlines company. Am totally disappointed and got cheated by the indigo airlines. I have only one proof that staff number I am having who was got my tool bag. I don’t know the lady name who has cheated me in the boarding gate.

And another I have faced issue near the Departure gate No. 3 checking person around 3.00 pm who has treated me as a terrorist as I am Muslim after asking my name.
