Amount Not Refund still, it's 14th days now

Dear Sir,
PNR NO : IJLCTL
This Booking was cancelled by INDIGO on 10, Nov 2022 but Still Amount is not refund to my Account. Indigo already refunds Amount to HappyEasyGo on 11th Nov, 2022. But HappyEasyGo Is Not still refund. The Main issue is, Telephone no is not working, am unable to contact HappyEasyGo.
Last Time, i mailed to Indigo Nodal Offer , Indio Customer relation service center called me and he told refund will be get till 21st Nov but today is 23rd Nov, it still not receive. please help.
