Speed Post Parcel Not delivered Even After 20 Days

SOUTH DELHI, Delhi, India
I had send an urgent speed post parcel from Delhi to Guwahati on [Protected]. But it has not been delivered till date and tracking is only till [Protected]and it says parcel has been dispatched from NSH Delhi.
But after that there is no update. I had contacted the concerned post office and even post office in Guwahati.But the officials are just blaming each other. Officials in Delhi are saying that the parcel has reached Guwahati.
And they are not updating and the officials in Guwahati are saying they didn't get any parcel from Delhi. My tracking id is ED[Protected]IN. Me and the receiver of the parcel had been in mental tension for the past days and we are unable to get any updates as the officials are not even trying to track my speed Post parcel.
