One of the most, highly, arrogant, unprofessional, not ready to help Or do customer service just want to ignore the customer or get rid. The women shows the are loaded with work and customer are burden.
The blast customer that they cannot assist or come afterwards even if you are coming from 1000kms. They give very irresponsible and Humiliating reply. They don't have any sense of accountability or responsibility.
There is no code of conduct or customer chartered. They treat customer like shit. I am from. Bangalore, after 5 months my problem stands unresolved. The ask me visit jamnagar from Bangalore.
