Indian Post Office: Non Delivery Of Goods

I have ordered goods related to my bakery business worth Rs 4000/- from om_craft Mumbai. They had made a registered parcel with the India post on 18th August 2021 which is still not delivered to me. I had a talk with one of the customer services executive today and they said that the package is in transit and that due to some technical difficulty.

They are not able to update the tracking information and hence they are not able to give an exact reason for the delay or loss. I have already registered a complaint with the complaint cell of the Indian postal department and also had a talk with the local post office. But they have no clue about the parcel.

I have suffered a great loss as many of my clients have cancelled their orders. As a result i am going through severe mental tension. With each passing day my tension is only increasing. This is something which is unacceptable. And this is not the first instance, in fact this is the 2nd time in a row that has happened with me.

Because of their irresponsible behavior every time i am suffering not only by losing my customer's faith but also the goodwill.
