Indian Post Office: Need Extra Money For Aadhar And Mobile Linkup

I went to post office for aadhar link with mobile number. I know I have to pay 50 rupees for that. But in this post office employee's told that they need 300 hundreds rupees for that otherwise they not want to so link up process.

Please have a look and solve the issue. If I will give him 300 rupee then he working my task. Please help me.
