IndiaMART Intermesh Ltd has made me transfer the Rs.29500 on the pretext of listing my business on their portal After the transfer the portal has linked my number with my previous dissolved entity which has been completely abolished.

The issue from their end lies in resolving of the two previous complaints which my dissolved entity had but in turn there is a pending complaint of mine which is still pending from their end for which they delisted my previous entity stating no resolved issue.

My business has been affected due to their buyer non payment which is still at large. My concern of writing this grievance is if that was the issue you should have clarified it before taking the amount from me

Now when my listing is not done then they should refund the amount at ease without any hindrance for which they are making me merry go round for which they will take another 90 to refund my amount.

There is no paperwork done wherein I would have read that clause. I had agreed to resolve their complaints provided mine is resolved thereafter to which they can’t give any commitments for the same Then how should I trust such a portal.

I have already attached my complaints to them which has fallen on deaf ears which they never saw. I seek help to get reversal of my amount on immediate basis. P.S : We haven’t done any contract agreement like paperwork of IndiaMART Intermesh Ltd.

Attached in the annexure is the payment details made as well as the screenshots of their mail drafted along with mine for which there is a silence from their end.
