I bought a buy leads monthly package from Indiamart on the 18th August 2021, nowhere was it mentioned online that a monthly package will have a 6 month lock in period, however, after that I have been receiving calls from various executives saying that I am bound to go for a 6 month locking and the amount will be deducted every month.

I therefore asked them to cancel my package and process my refund. They said the refund will happen in a week, however, refund not yet received and on calling customer care they deny having received any such complaint. This is purely fraud and misleading a customer.
