I applied for a personal loan via a loan app, AI CREDIT CASH on 28 -Feb-22 for 3 lakhs to clear my credit card due. The status of loan reflected as Approved; however the amount was not disbursed to my account.

Upon inquiring the customer care via Whats-app number [Protected], he claimed that account number entered was wrong and asked me to pay fees Guarantee fee of Rs.1,70,000 (multiple transactions) and promised.

This amount would be disbursed along with loan amount and my account would be credited with Rs.4,70,000 by day end. I realized this to be fraud and sent an email to their customer care email id to cancel the loan request.

I followed up with customer care again on 01-Mar-22 to return my amount, however he insisted to pay liability fee and cancellation charges with sum of Rs.1,18,000 (multiple transactions) and additionally asked me to pay Rs.40,000 and confirmed to repay the entire amount of Rs.2,78,000 immediately.

I later realized this to be fraudulent activity and registered an online cyber-crime [Protected]and later registered a written complaint at Pallikaranai Police station with CSR Number 505/2022 on 04-MAR-2022.

I sincerely seek your assistance and support in identifying the fraudster and reclaim the amount I paid so far. I remain at your disposal for any time for inquiry.
