I had applied for a loan in India Ai credit cash loan app , they asked me to pay first, 750, then 2500 then 5000 total 8259 I have paid, then they changed my bank account number and asked me to pay 10000 to unfreeze the loan app.
Totally disappointed and the customer service executive is horrible in service just asking to pay the amount again and again, now they are not responding.

Grievance Details: Name of company -India AI credit cash email of the company - [PROTECTED]@gmail.com Type of Loan -personal loan Membership id - company didn't give him CLN no -SXS1672212 Problem Reported - The consumer informed that he checked his eligibility for credit and applied for a loan and paid processing fees -750/-.
And the company said to pay 2500/- for the membership amount so, he paid but the transaction was depressed then the company said bank asked your eligibility for his loan and 5000/-.
So he paid the company put his wrong account number so he contacted to the company they said it is his mistake hence now he has to pay 10,000/- for change his account number so consumer denied to continue with them and asked for a refund but the company didn't respond him.
