We have made agreement with Ikotic DigiTech solutions for data entry project. they have broken all the terms regarding the quality check and the technical support. They have generated the fake qc report and bluffed us.
We asked to re check the quality metrics for work, they didn't do. In the second month we are asked to rework, we did after we doing they told rework is the thing we need to do on fresh data.
They didn't give payout till date, we asked to refund the security amount they refused to give that, we incurred losses around 1.5 lakhs. Please help me out.
