I have ordered curtains from thehippiesaaz costing 2198 plus delivery charges 150 rupees on 16th August and the order number is 11669. The parcel is to be delivered to Ratnagiri and the expected delivery date was 31st August but till date I have not received my parcel. On their website they are showing your order is processing.

I have done enquiry about the same but they are not giving satisfying answers and now they are not even responding to my mails. I messaged them on whatsapp initially they told there are some finishing issues but now they are not even reading my messages.

I asked them to refund my amount as the order is prepaid but they are doing it as per their policy.
