I have paid Rs 390 as activation charge on 8th January 2022. On 9th January 2022 I have sent the proof of payment to them which is a screenshot of my bank statement to their email.
They replied to that mail saying that the payment was successful and I will get my login details within 2 hrs. But till today (11 January 2022) I have not got any login details.
On 10th January 2022 I have called them up from my mobile, they answered the call and said I will get the login details by that day. After that day whenever I am calling them, they are not picking up my phone, they are not answering to my repeated phone calls.
They are also not replying to any of the emails which I am sending to them. They are not contacting with me. They are also not giving me my login details at all. Now l do not have any means left to contact them.
I am not being able to contact them at all. So, Now I want some action to be taken against them so that either they refund my money or give me login details. Kindly help me so that I can get my money back.
