I placed the HSRP number plate on the website hsrphelp.org.in. Payment was made via QR code. After that, there was no response, and the page was unavailable. Payment was made to AMIT KUMAR . Its a fraud. The government should take immediate action on such fraudulent websites when people are trying to comply with the rules the government has made.
