On the 22nd of March 2023, I remitted the sum of Rs. 1946 to Housing.com for their Relaxed Plan, a service that purportedly included the provision of a dedicated relationship manager to assist me in locating a suitable rental property. Regrettably, my experience thus far has not aligned with the promises made.

To my dismay, the assigned relationship manager has yet to provide any form of assistance or aid in my pursuit of a rental dwelling. Equally concerning is the lack of reliability evident in the services offered. The Relaxed Plan included access to 50 curated rental listings tailored to my criteria, yet none of these listings have proven dependable. It has become apparent that the contacts provided were either already leased or fabricated.

My attempts to seek clarification and resolution have been met with delays and vague assurances to "wait" when reaching out to Housing.com on multiple occasions. Despite my persistence, neither my dedicated relationship manager nor any representative from Housing.com has responded to my inquiries, leaving me with a profound sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction with their Relaxed Plan.
