HoneyAndBe.in: Payment Done But Order Is Not Received No Replies From Customer Support team

I have ordered Jade roller and Gua Stone from honey and be company website made a payment of 1399/- too. I got confirmation email but no way to track the package. No updates on the products and no replies from the customer support team till now. Seems like utter waste of money and time.

My order number is HB3692. Customer support number says switched off always.
