Honda Service Center: Ulhasnagar Big Wing Service Center

After a year of purchase, it was time for my third service.

Earlier two services I had done in the Thane service center and my experience was not very good hence this time decided to choose Ulhasnagar service center.

It turns out to be worst than before. Here are the details.

After servicing I felt like nothing had been done- usually, there is a kind of smoothness we get after service which was completely missing but it wasn't the main issue. The real issue was oil leakage.
I tried to contact the contact person and he asked to observe for another day. I did the same and the issue continued. I tried to contact the person again but he never received my call. finally, I searched for another number and from there I come to know that the previous person has left the company and I was told to get my vehicle to the service center again. I told them about my time crunch issue and they said that there is no other solution than to bring the vehicle by myself to the service center.

With no options, I did that and they solved my issues. Strangely, the reason for oil leakage was some nut bolt or something was not properly tightened- so carelessness by Ulhasnagar honda big wing service center.

I did the basic checking and drow back to my place. on the way I realized that my horn is not working, I called them and they said that there must be some wire not connected and I can connect myself or I can show it to some local mechanic. Indeed it was a very small issue but the thing is how come a basic connection was missed by the authorized Honda Big Wing service center?

is it the end? No. After some time, I realized that my rear break is not working properly due to which I had to press the front break hardly and had a slight bike skid. Plus I am not able to start my bike when it is in gear. Again I called them. They asked me to get my bike again to the service center.
It is such a time waster. I told them that I don't have time and I want them to pick it up as it Is their mistake. Their point was I was supposed to test it before taking the delivery. I don't believe in the fact that a normal man can test a vehicle a hundred percent at the time of delivery. Only after driving a couple of kilometers a normal man can say if there is an issue or not. I put the same feedback in Google reviews and then they agreed to do the pick and drop off my bike for free
(My point is simple-it is their mistake, They did incomplete work and for that, they are expecting us to waste our valuable time)

Finally, after two days of waiting, I got my bike back(As promised they delivered it)
But strangely, I noticed that now I am not able to lock my handle. I told him immediately. They said it will get auto-resolved in one or two days, I just need to wait. (Please note that the technician who delivered my bike found that issue and the above conversation happened not long from 5 mins after delivery).

Their manager Mr. Sanjay requested me to have a word with him before the technician leave my premises - He requested me to remove the Google review as the problem is resolved. I said I cannot test everything immediately, I need at least a day time which is very logical. He insisted me to remove it and assured me that he will make sure that in case something still persists he will help me out.



The next day-I noticed that the previous issue still persist. I am still sometimes not able to Start my bike when it is in Gear. On top of that my handle lock still won't work.

I directly informed Sanjay about that and he said the following.

It’s not service issue
They have given proper service to you… right from receiving your vehicle from your home to deliver the same.

I have multiple questions to the Honda Big Wig and especially to ulhasNagar
1-If there is a problem with your Honda Big Wig bike and If resolving those issues is not in the Service center's control then who will do it?
2-When we hand over our bike to your service centers for servicing or for any other issues is it our responsibility to test a hundred percent of the bike or is it yours?
3-In the above entire story my bike visited so far the same service Centre three times and every time when it came out of the service Centre there was a new issue or the previous issue was not resolved-can you call it irresponsibility?

My final points-
Honda is indeed one of the best companies.
I handled other Honda bikes before and even its service centers are awesome.
When it comes to Big Wing there is no better bike I can imagine than my CB350 RS. My sales experience was awesome but honestly, the service centers of Honda Big Wing suck.
I simply don't know how to resolve my bike issues right now and I simply don't know where to get my bike moving forward for better service.

Hope this complaint will be seen by Honda Big Wig head office and they take action.
