I have placed on Order from homecentre app on March 24th Order no: Order #[Protected]; Order #[Protected].My profile has the correct contact number :[Protected]For some reason the contact number in the order section has the incorrect contact number : [Protected]
The Delivery Executive(DE) showed up in front of the house on Tuesday (March 28, 2023) but couldn't deliver the product because I didn't get any OTP .I contacted home center customer support, they informed me they will update the system with the correct number and it will be updated in the next 24- 48 hrs.Again the next day , DE came and the same thing happened.
I contacted customer support and they said Thursday for sure the product will be delivered. I had travel plans on Thursday which I shifted to Friday to receive the product .Again no call but when checking the order status , it shows : couldn't deliver as no response from customer.Again contacted customer service on Thursday and the rep informed me the number can never be updated on the system but however the number will be passed on to the logistics directly .Called again after 30 mins to confirm the number is passed to the logistics because I have cancelled the Friday travel as well just to receive the product .PAvithra -Customer Service rep informed the number is updated and it will delivered without fail on Friday.
But checking the status on Friday , it says the product couldn't be delivered as no response from user and the refund has been initiated Again contacted Customer service, again Pavithra answered the call and informed the number could not be passed on the logistics.Asked for supervisor , she transferred to Lily the floor supervisor but she informed nothing can be done.
Due to miscommunication I have to cancel all my plans and wait at the location not going anywhere for three days and simply you guys do a refund..Just a pathetic customer service .I had a great reputation on Homecenter but it was all just fake .I will never purchase anything from Homecentre nor recommend it to anyone.Also I will share this on all possible social media for the world to know. Please do a compensation for cancelling my plans by giving false information for continuous 3 days.
