I have registered with my mobile no. [Protected]to HometuitionService https://hometuitionservice.com/ a portal as a tutor for teaching students at my own home. At first Rakesh, a customer support called me and said that there are students waiting to be taught in my area.
So in order to access the students I need to pay Rs. 2000 for a 3 month service. I paid the amount and waited for over 2 months for the leads. The 7 leads I got was over 4 to 5 months old and when I reached them none of them wanted to come to my house for tuition.
As I am an aged woman and a diabetic patients with a serious spinal cord operation, I am unable to travel to places and teach. My profile was created with the same condition as well. But they did not provide anymore leads or students at all.
Also while I paid the amount they very cleverly told me to sign in agreement form without which they said my profile will not be created in their site. Now as I asked them many times on call and mail to refund my money, they said that they could only provide students which they never provided and also told me to wait.
I waited for long and no one called me or reached me. I tried to reach on call but they never texted me or called me back or picked up my calls. Now they are saying that they have a policy where I signed which said that refund cannot happen.
But my point is that why I will let go of the 2000 rupees that I paid for NO SERVICE AT ALL. I didn't pay the amount for nothing, Not only me, this company has tried duping and has duped many.
Their twitter account has been suspended and their Instagram account is gone too. Please help me. This is my hard earned money. I refuse to pay for a fraud and money laundering company who makes fake promises and never fulfills them. Please help.

Yes, the same thing has happened with me just 3 days earlier and I have paid Rs. 3000/- to them for that.
