DEAR ALL,
This is to intimate that I have received a call on 9th September 2022 from Home lane Newtown office and Mr Tirupati Saha, Ms Shreya Bose visited our home on the same day and requested us to visit there home lane office to see the display units and they offered us that they will provide us bank loan too but for that we have to visit there office, so we agreed to do the same.

On the same day we visited your Newtown office they showed us everything and they gave the estimation too and insisted us to book the project as they will help us with the loan and spot discount they have offered us 25% .At that moment I have asked if the loan is not sanctioned then what will happen as we don't have so much fund to go ahead without loan but Mr Tirupati endless times assured us that he will arrange everything for the loan to be disbursed.

Now after his endless efforts he is unable to sanction the loan so in this situation I am not able to move with the project any more so I want the refund as soon as possible.

I requested Mr Tirupati to refund the total amount he totally denied to refund the single penny as it is out of the company rule and said we have to take a minimum work amount of 1.5L.

Please help me out. I am in a great problem as i don't have any more options to move.

I want my total refund as soon as possible. They have cheated me and I found himself on total embarrassed, please do the needful and try to respond asap.
