I had ordered few household items like decor and furniture on kitchen&home.co.in on 28th Jan 2022 and made an online payment also. Amount is Rs. 597 and just received a confirmation mail saying we will let you know once the order gets shipped.
The mail id from which I received mail is [PROTECTED]@gmail.com and my order number is 1040. Now the website is not opening and not replying my mail also. Please help me to get the refund and blacklist such people.
I have been mailing them and no reply still. I found this website on Instagram.
