In response to my inquiry on Justdial, Bangalore for cleaning and repair of my old sofa, contact number was shared by them and I received a call from a person claiming to be a registered service provider with Just dial and booked an appointment with me, visited and took an advance after dismantling the sofa. He did 15% work, demanded more money, which I had to give since some works was done. He took away the upholstery cloth, in the guise of getting it stitched, and has not come back, and is not picking up my calls.

How can Just dial help me to get the job done by him and book a complaint with police against him and the firm he belongs to.. The payments were made on GPay. A REGISTERED SERVICE PROVIDER WITH JUST DIAL HAS DONE AROUND 15% JOB AGREED TO AND HAS TAKEN AWAY 75% material under the guise of getting it stitched, and IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY TELEPHONE CALLS.

I WANT JUST DIAL TO ENSURE THAT MY WORK IS COMPLETED AND BOOK A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE PERSON FOR CHEATING AND DE REGISTER THE FIRM TO WHICH HE BELONGS AND GIVE WIDE PUBLICITY SO THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS DO NOT GET CHEATED. PLEASE CONTACT ME ON [Protected]for any other information.
