Without proper intimation home credit charging a bouncing charges. When am enquiry through the customer care am not receiving proper information executive stating only the company norms.

My question is you are following the company rules am appreciating you at the same time you are the responsible to sharing a proper information to customer before taking a product now a days world is well growing so we upgrade with the same level.
