Hi, This is Soumen Maity My uncle taken mobile phone from home credit finance He given my number for taking loan, became on that time his phone got stolen, But when his number got available i have requested several for many times to home credit company to update my uncle's number .

But they didnt did that In this month due toe some banking problems my uncle given his EMI after the due date and he made one month advance payment But for given the EMI in late they call me in constant basis, i requested then to call in my uncles number but they didn't did that.

After that the sales executive of Home credits company who sold the phone that phone to my uncle, he call me and used very slang languages related to my mother my father,
I requested him to control his words but he didnt I want to take actions against the company.
