i had applied for a personal loan from home credit india in 2019 and they told me that they can give me 143000 on 3.2% interest rate per annum on phone call after that i agreed to them on phone call.but now what i see they had charged me 30.88% interest rate.

that person told me to visit a shop and sign the documents when i visit that store the concern person from the home credit told me to sign on papers because he was getting late and he didn't let me read the full document .

after that i got the amount 1,40,140 rupees in my account on 16 april 2019.
i had already paid 12 emi of 7651 rupees after that last year when this pandemic started i applied for moratorium services which was non chargeable according to the RBI guidelines but what they done to me that were asking me to paid 162000 rupees instead of 143000.

after that i got a notice from sethi and associates and they asked to me pay the company 157840 rupees within 15 days.and now i got a call from a spam number [Protected]this is a number of a hotel name visa and that lady told me that this advocate had filed a complaint against me for fraud [420]. and they are intimidate me that cops are coming to catch you and there will be no hearing for me .

please help me ,i am help less right now because of lockdown i lost my work and i have nothing to pay please help me .

so i want justice because company is making me fool and want to get extra money from me .
