My name is Bhanu Prakash and i am from Visakhapatnam. This is regarding a request to verify the genuine of the company in Visakhapatnam in which customers including me are paying money for the fake tour plans they provided.

This is my experience with the company kindly go through it and do the needful to save the customers from the company. I got a call from one of the executives from Holiday Factory on 24th February 2021.
And they said that we got a small prize for the coupon dropped in Spencer a couple of months ago. We went to the Holiday Factory and contacted Miss Pavitra ([Protected]) on the floor.
She explained tour packages available for us and told me to pay the amount according to the package and collected 24,000/- from me out of my total package of 1,15,000/-. For the amount, we are paying they provided the following benefits
1. Lifetime membership for 40 years with the facility of transfer of ownership
2. 1 Singapore trip for 6 Nights and 7 Days
3. All India Tour Package and Service with a stay facility for 6 days per year in 3 and 4-star hotels
4. 35% discount for flight ticket bookings
5. 1 Function Hall booking per year
6. Monthly discount shopping coupons from popular websites and offline stores.
7. And etc. attached a copy for clear information.
She had not given us proper time to discuss with my family and forced me by saying that it’s is a good offer. She said that company is in existence for last 7 years (website screenshot attached) and is very good with the customers.
She showed me few bills and receipts of the last booking details and customer details. Trusting her words we paid a token amount of Rs. 24,000/- towards the package.
After coming back home I started searching for the details of the company and I was shocked. Every detail told by them are wrong. I prepared a list of questions that I need to ask her and went to her the next day and requested her to cancel the membership and pay me my amount back.
Despite of answering my question she started wasting my time without answering my question and tried to convince me. The following are the points which I asked her on the next day
1. Company is registered in the month of October 2019 with the CIN Number U74999AP2019PTC113142. But she told us the company is in existence since last 7 years.
2. The address to which the booking is being done is not in the document provided.
3. Requested for GST Number and the returns filed for the last years
4. Customer details who are with them for last 5 years
5. Website design which is not good when compared with the age of their experience
6. Customer support email id and contact number
7. Document copy which is a color xerox copy without proper details of the plans we have taken and a lot more.
Even though I asked them a lot of questions they failed to answer them properly and tried to convince me. From that day we have been vising them once in every two days and still, they are not giving me a proper explanation about their company.
We tried contacting the manager also but they are also not giving proper information to us. And also tried enquiring about the nearby shops but got no response from them.
After hearing irresponsible response from them, I requested them to cancel my membership and requested to refund the amount based on the documentation. Instead of processing the request they requested us 3 months of time to change the ownership instead of cancellation.
Now it's almost a year. Refund is not processed till now and they are coming up with some other reasons when I ask them about refund. Along with me a lot of people are being cheated by this company every day.
Kindly look into the matter and do justice for the people who paid the amount.

Same thing happened with me. They took rs 40,000 and no service provided and upon asking for refund they did same thing with me. Please tell me how and where shall I file a police complaint?
Reply I have paid in December 2019 an amount of Rs.80000/- . Which ever Mr.Bhanu prakash has told above same promises given to me. but untill now ,there is no response

I had given police complaint in 3 town police station on 21/08/2023. There are som many people like us being deceived by these people. Now they started a new company in the name of " Holiday wonders" in VIP business center , Flat: 201 at VIP road.Kindly contact me and share your experience, we along with others fight legally and get our full refund.

Dear Sir, Last two years back iam take from package, yearly commitment summer holiday chalders no training please this summer holidays trainings when yours striated please intimation.
What Bhanu prakash garu told is exactly correct. They given all the fake promises. Once u ask for booking free trip then they will tell cock and bull stories. I request all of u not to take membership. I raised complaint in national consumer forum. All of u advised to raise complaint with national consumer forum. Waiting for resolution from national consumer forum .
Yes What he was wrote about the company and their workers all are fraud They won't arrange any rooms or holiday packages That's a fraud company nd fraud workers If u want to book any room they VL ask for GST charges which is around 1250 to 1500 rs Finally that the room cost is that much only They r cheatres only Don't waste ur time nd money

Dear vishnu sir, Are u take their package and go any where..? Please tell me ur experience.. Y bcoz yesterday night I'm also paid money and take one package. But I'm not pad full amount. If u tell it's ok then I will paid remaining amount ,otherwise I will quit. Plz give suggestion..
