This was not I expected from these people, After loading the healthify app on my phone on 15th Jan 22, I got a call from one of the company executive (Abrar) on 16th Jan, Sunday.
He stated that they will provide great plans to loose weight and suggested me ultimatum which costs 72K, as I was not sure about it, I requested me to give time to think, but he insisted me that I can process it by paying it by ICICI bank in EMI mode.
Where the EMI will be deducting from march 1st and till Feb end I can utilise the subscription and if I am not satisfied, I have the opportunity to cancel it and the EMI deductions will not be done and he noting told about cancellation process.
As i was not satisfied by there service and started not to lift there calls, hoping that they will take feed back and cancel my subscription, now the EMI has started and when I called them they are saying that its already crossed one month.
And now i will get only 50% of payment, which was unknown to me and Now the EMI has started.
