Regarding cibil and loan closer

Sir I was applied for home loan from HDFC LIMITED AMBALA CANTT in August 2017 for the amount [Protected]but loan was not disbursed due to some issue and HDFC LIMITED AMBALA CANTT gave me loan closer letter. Now i want personal loan from SBI but when I contact SBI bank the bank employee check my cibil report which shows my cibil score 757 and loan amount [Protected]balance and loan status active towards me .
Sir i cantacts with HDFC LIMITED AMBALA CANTT and cibil department but they can't solve my problem so you are requested to solve my issue so that my loan balance and status clear and i got loan from SBI.
