I have applied for a credit card last year, there was some transaction which I did through Amazon. Amazon had refunded all the money to the HDFC credit card still they converted it into EMI. AND I have also informed HDFC many times.

But they didn't care. They degraded my cibil continuously and the call centre guys of HDFC continuously called me defamed me and even said fraudster. They harrassed me mentally. Which effected my job my company. I lost everything.

All my postpaid accounts stopped working and they also suspended my credit card without my permission or acknowledgement. I have no option left I visited the branch in sector 62 Noida but get no response. So I stopped paying all the EMI's related to me. Please help. I have also complaint in RBI and many other places.

Whenever I tried to connect with their credit card they always told me it is not in their hand now I will not pay a single penny untill they cover all my losses due to them. They also sent me NOC after 6+ months still the hdfc loan department and credit department is refusing it to get me a loan or credit card. Please help.

Not sure how to go legally against them. They ruined my life I was a loyal customer paying all the EMI'S on time even in the pandemic still I lost everything due to their fault that is why I have changed my salary account from hdfc to other bank.

To stop all the payments and get my credit again. No bank is accepting their NOC even HDFC themself rejected my application for LOAN and credit card.
