I was getting my police verification for my conductor license in Haryana when i login into the website and fulfills all the formalities then the website takes me to the payment option.

And then they asks for transaction in which form then i chosen upi id and the website redirected me to googlepe and when i does transaction the money was debited and when i goes to website they puts me to homepage.

And then they shows sorry we are unable to process your transaction and the money is debited and not even returned. When i searched and contacted the toll free no.

Then they told me to send a mail to our website with your transaction i'd then i sent them the things they asked for i contacted them for two days and they were just saying that we are processing sir.

And at last they told me sorry sir we cant do anything you have to make payment again we can't do anything and this happened with me twice now how can i trust the website totally i have done payment three times.

And in which two times my transaction was shown failed. I request you to please get my money back.
