I had very bad shopping experience with this brand. I had placed a pre-paid order with them which they had forgotten. The order was placed in April. I had no track ID, no communication only WhatsApp. Customer care was least bothered. The team said they'll get back but never did. I had ordered two pre-stitched sarees for weddings I had to attend in may. But unfortunately the order didn't reach. I again dropped her team a message enquiring about my order. Sent them a long text with proves only got a response they'll check and get back. But never did and after 10 days the parcel reaches with really bad quality stitch, pleads not in proper place in 1st saree while 2nd was stitched with such weird measurement the pallu was not even in line and was shorted than my waist. I reached them asking for returns as the stitch was not as per the measurements and was already reached late that too in a completely waste manner. No response. After trying to reach them they inform me return is unavailable

I have order the same and now they are not picking up my calls.

Very bad ... they atre neither replying messages nor attending the calls . I had done the purchase of 1500rs. But they are not telling the about the shipment and all stuff ... this site really sucks !!

I had placed a order on 15th September. It was a gift for my friend on her birthday. It is 23 now, not as late as the others in the comments have. Still their are issues with the way they handle things. Their customer support sucks. They don't reply to instagram dms, their customer support is always busy. The rarely reply on WhatsApp. They don't have a proper mail id, they can mail the customers but it seems the customer cannot reply back or send them mails. After msging them several times on WhatsApp, I got one reply from her team that "it is in manufacturing process" after 5 days of placing the order. She has good following but her service really is bad. Really bad. My friend's birthday was yesterday and now I wonder if she will ever get the gift. Starting a business is a thing but keeping that business goin is a different thing.

Well after reading all the other reviews, i know i am not the first one, The whole team is slack ...! They will never deliver your order on time or there is a possibility they will NEVER DELIVER. They take 2 days or more to reply you, never picks up the phone, team is not at all professional . Tanya i must say if you want to grow your business you really need to look into all this .

Such worst experience with Handmade love They have unprofessional team and they give response rarely... I have ordered few things on April 3 2022 n Today 30th May 2022. I have received the order. Which is inappropriate. They said for our delay and inconvenience will send gift to you. They just make fool. I have not received any gift too as their apology. Never order from this site... I have experience this 2nd time... They take it very lightly Never expected this from Miss Tanya & Her team....... I don't want to give 1 star also

I faced a similar issue. These people are not responding neither are they refunding money.

Same problem Such scammers should be banned completely and actions should be taken against them No one is taking any actions against these frauds
