I Purchased Haier AC on April 2021 at the time of purchase they given me a Commitment that they will provide the regular service for every 3 months till 5 years which included spare parts and gas.
Since September i was trying to reach their customer support more than 20 to 30 times no one is responding properly and i have an issue with the AC. No one is taking care for the same.
When i call them every time they will say to wait for 24 to 48 hrs and sometimes they even disconnect the call in between the conversation. No one is responding properly and they given some area incharge number he is also not picking up the calls and no one taking it as a complaint.
