The GTPL broadband internet service at my location remains unavailable during day time because of their maintenance activities. The broadband internet stops working daily from 11 am to 7 pm - this is a working hour and I need it.

This has been happening for the last 15 days. GTPL guys don't even inform the consumer about the outage and its timing. The customer care service is not answering the question of when the issue would be resolved.

I am called customer care service for the last 5 days daily for updates on when the issue would be rectified from GTPL end. The customer care service fellows don't give any specific time when the issue would be resolved.

Daily they give pre-recorded consolatory words that they feel sorry for the inconvenience and the issue would be resolved very soon. But when asked what 'soon' mean - days, weeks, or months, they say they can't tell.

Later on, registered a complaint using their email id - [PROTECTED]@gtpl.net. Even here I am not getting any concrete time-bound resolution detail. Lastly, when contacted their senior, the fellow asked me to go to the regional office ( which I think is 200 km from my place ).

This is very unprofessional behavior. Since I am a prepaid customer I don't have a choice to get back money and terminate the connection.
