I subscribed to this internet service with high expectations, looking forward to enjoying a consistent 60 Mbps internet speed. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite. The promised speed has consistently eluded me, making it extremely challenging to use the internet for work and leisure. The speed often falls far below the promised rate, causing disruptions in my online activities. This ongoing issue has been both frustrating and detrimental to my productivity.
Adding to the frustration, the Wi-Fi signal range provided by the router is insufficient. I struggle to maintain a stable connection in certain areas of my home, compounding my dissatisfaction with the service.Given these persistent issues and the failure to deliver on the promised service quality, I have no choice but to request the termination of my internet connection with this company.
Furthermore, I had paid for a one-year subscription in advance. I've kindly asked for a refund for the remaining balance corresponding to the unused months of my subscription. Despite my multiple requests for assistance, the company has not provided a satisfactory response.I hope for a prompt resolution to these concerns and the processing of my refund request. While I value the service, my experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. I trust the company will prioritize addressing these issues, ensuring a better experience for its customers.
