Refund Because of Cancellation Connection

My self Kundan Parmar. I Paid 4200 For GTPL Broadband connection but GTPL every day said today your installation will done by today every time engineer come at home and without informing engineer goes away. After 10Days I cancel the installation but money till not refunded.

Complain Against GPTL regarding refund Amount 4200rs.
