I had filed a shifting request on 1st of September,but till today they haven't completed the process and i have visited their office a lot of times but they have always given excuses and i have been troubled through this time.
This is not the first time this company has given such service but they are doing it on regular basis.When we call their online help number they take the complaint but without solving the issue they show resolved in their system.
Every time they give some or other excuse but the problem is never solved and this has taken so long. So i urge you to take some serious action against them as i have not been getting any support from their side.
And i have paid for the whole year but my internet connection is still not ON and i am unable to use the service for which i have paid.
