I have taken GTPL broadband internet connection. But internet is down every now and then. tired of filing complaints and contacting network persons. net is not working from last 2 days.
That technical person Mayank bhai and Himanshu Bhai even not receiving calls. I called them many time they told me by today evening the guy will come and resolve the problem.
Every time facing the same issue and worst service in Palanpur, not getting proper answer from the service center Palanpur, Banaskantha.
