My Gmail ID is [PROTECTED]@gmail.com, Few days back i turned on step 2 verification in my Gmail id which I had to enter my Mobile number & add a recovery email id so i entered my Mobile number ( [Protected]).

And due to lack of information i put my own Gmail id in recovery Gmail Id section, and after a few days my phone was formatted by mistake & now I am not able to recover my Gmail account due to your glitch.

I want to login same email id from my phone then I am receiving OTP on own number but not getting my 2nd step verification code on my own Gmail id because recovery email is also a same email address i have lost few days back.

And I am asking for your help from various channels like Google community/Email/playstore feedback or many other methods. I am available on [Protected]for document related support also.

Now i am facing lots of inconvenience just because of this delay in email recovery, I have lost all clients details and have lost commitments due to same issue, this is extremely a mental harassment done from your end,

The major concern is if someone's need help from gmail team so where we go for help because there's no customer support or help desk for the same, i have lost my lots of business leads due to this problem.
