I have ordered Bajaj cooler online on 12 May 21 for Rs 5702/-. Item still not delivered. I have enquired same and responded twice for delivery. After 25 may 21 I felt it's fraud because phone is not working as well tracking for the item is not available on website. I have also confirmed from PayU money that amount has been paid to merchant and liase with merchant for refund.
But merchant is not available online or phone. I have ordered same from Delhi due to lockdown period.The cooler is still not delivered. Request you to try to help in refund as payment is confirmed by PayU. Company website shows on sale.
